July 2020 outland spousal application-medical result received

I am a Canadian citizen currently working in Pkaistan. I filed my wife's outland sponsorship application through a Canadian lawyer in July 2020. After finger printing, her medical was done on Feb 02, 2022. Since Mar 2022 'medical has been received' status is being shown as per the lawyer. Can anyone please share his/her experience and/or opinion regarding how long more it will take b4 she gets her approval (passport request)?
 
So was your first medical done (in march 2021) as the last step in the process? In that case, I assume that after the first medical, you were waiting for the approval and that did not happen in next whole one year until the medical got expired in march 2022. Is that what happened?

Yes,indeed. I got second request for medicals... On may... Without any sngle update on file... No ADR was required.. It was a complete silence.. Its like a loop.. I think wheater this time i will get result or not... Its

Strange. Hard to understand why IRCC did all that with you. Hope that you will get a passport request soon. My wife medical was done in Feb 2022 and still no approval. Why IRCC is so slow these days? Any idea?
