July 2020 citizenship application - No AOR number

I sent in an application for citizenship June 22, 2020. I am a PR of Canada and mailed from it from BC. I still have not received an AOR number. Due to Covid I figured this was normal since it says a year processing time. I tracked it originally & saw it was received but now I can’t find the number to get the date it was received. I am concerned as it seems on the forum here people received their AOR.

First, check if your application can be found in the online system. You can use your UCI number and other basic information to find your application. Check this link:

I remember someone in one of the threads who had not received his/her AOR, but was able to find his/her application in the online system.

If you can’t find your application in their online system, it means your application is probably lost or returned, and you’ve not received it for any reason. Call IRCC and let them know about your situation. You probably need to apply again if the first option doesn’t work.

Thank you so much! I was able to find it with my UCI. My application is in process. They mailed me the Study Book which I never received

If you selected communication through email (not regular mail) you will not get book automatically.

I never received an email or mailed response. I did request email & have never had issue in past receiving emails from them for my PR. I’m just so relieved it wasn’t lost. It says they sent book on October 30 & started processing my application December 30. I’ll download book. Again, thank you so much. I really appreciate your time & help.
