Hello my workpermit ends feb 2015, my pr is kind of stuck because medical was done in march 2014. Nothing came after that for gcms notes they say criminality in progress and security not started i m not sure if i should appy forbwork permit next month

Are you asking about the Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP)?

You don't need to apply for the BOWP until your current permit is close to expiring, so you can afford to hold out for a good while yet.

On the other hand, if you want the extra bit of comfort, you could always apply for it sooner.

i would say wait till January and see how the situation is.. you have enough time so need not worry
