I double checked my dates, and it seems that the date in which my CEC application was received was modified for 20 days after the original date.

I also noticed that Cruicer55, one of the first ppl receiving his AOR (meaning that he was one of the first July 2013 applicants) had a submitted date of 7/30/2013...which was plainly wrong! (my application was received on July 4th)...I hope Cruiser55 still follow this forums and correct the mistake that either the software or someone else did (sometimes, open-files like this can be modified unintentionally by less tech-savvy ppl).
Anyways, sorry to make a full thread about this issue, but I think this issue it is worth noticing, before it sunk down the pages of other comments in the original July 2013 CEC applicants thread. So please double check to see if your dates are right!.
