Judicial Review - Study Permit Refusal - Non-SDS

Please recommend if I should go for the Judicial review or not. And guide me with the charges, time it takes for the whole process etc.

Reason for refusal: The Purpose of your visit is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

One thing to note: My medical and eligibility was not even started

Why do you need to come to Canada to take that program? You work in the family business so no need for Masters program so cannot justify costs of program.

1. For a senior level position a graduate degree is required
2. A master’s degree would open up even more opportunities for me
3. My long term goal have few aspects which require further learning which can be fulfilled through the courses offered in the following program

Doesn’t justify the cost of studying abroad especially not at a top university. What is your country of citizenship? Your IELTS score of 6.5 doesn’t help. How much savings did you show in addition to the GIC and paid 1st year tuition? Have you ever tried to immigrate to any country or study abroad? Do you have family members in Canada?

So if a child of a business tycoon then why Canada and why Windsor? Go to a top business school like Western, UBC, not a low tier. How much more will you make than you do now?
