Journey Man carpentary certification

Hello everybody!
I am vignesh , I am from india , I want to work in canada with temporary work permit system, and my designation is construction site foreman and i had a 5 years experience in this occupation , I Would like ask to you what do mean by Journey man Carpentary certification , why i am ask this question because every job offer is mentioned for this requirement so kindly request you to anyone please explain its a must for my occupation an apply for a job? And how i am get it?

You do know your employer needs a LMIA (prove no Canadian can do the job and pay $1000) first and then you apply for a closed work permit. A journeyman carpenter is certified for the trade. It is a provincial designation. Here is Ontario's certification process as an example.
