Joint Application for express entry

Hi
I am planning to apply Canada Pr in next 3 months , My wife is masters in HR and i am btech in computers both are working currently , If i will apply as a joint applicant , secondary applicant also need to show like job offers and all documents or only the primary applicant has to show there documents .

The primary applicant has to show ALL documents and secondary MOST of the requested documents.

Decide the primary applicant on the basis of higher CRS score and ease with which you can get the supporting docs especially work experience letter. Assuming you're a family of 2
Docs for primary
1.marriage certificate
2.passport
3. Medical
4.education
5. PCC
6. POF
7. Photo
8. Employment letters
Common and optional- LOE
Docs for dependent spouse
1. Medical
2. Passport
3. Education ( if ECA and language test given)
4. Legal name change doc ( this could be applicable for any of you if either one of you has used another name in the past)
5. PCC
6. Photo
7. Work experience letter ( if points claimed for canadian exp)

but they ask Work experience for secondary applicant according to NOC..

Thanks for your reply , Work experience secondary applicant can also provide that is not a issue in my case . i have some more queries .
1 Is there any minimum salary requirement for primary applicant to file the application .
2. once we will get PR and will move to Canada only secondary applicant want to work and primary applicant want to be take care of house hold things like in my case my wife is primary applicant , and once we will move to Canada i will continue in job and my wife will take some break , will it ok to process further for citizenship .

Do i need to create my spouse's profile(including work experience & personal history along with proof) .Is it mandatory?
What are the documents required for open work permit for spouse?
Do we need provide documents to prove the personal history?
