Hi everyone,

I have applied under the skilled worker category and the processing is moving on nicely. I am in no rush really because I have almost 2 more years on my contract in my present job. Question. Is there professional body/organizion such as an employment agency that i can get in contact with who would actually find a job for me. anyone who knows of such please let me know. I have read some horror stories and i want to make sure that i get a job offer b4 i actually land in Canada. Thanks in advance for your help....

There are a lot of them. Create an account in www.monster.ca and do a search for jobs. Many of the jobs are posted by employment agencies. Once you send them your resume, they will look for jobs that you're qualified for.

Yes, but craigslist doesn't specialize in professionals. Most of the jobs are hourly. Monster.com or similar websites are better resources for jobs that would qualify for LMO.
