Hi...just want to share my personal experience for those in the logistics industry.

I got a job offer from a major logistic company at 1st attempt and within 1 month of trying. During the interview, I was offered better position if I am willing to relocate to GTA given that there r more manufacturing activities there. Due to family commitment, however, I decide to stay on in Vancouver. But, the message that I want to share to those in my field is to have faith that it is possible to get a decent job. Be realistic that you may need to start a bit lower but as long as the company is viable, there r always opportunity to move upwards. Apart from job search engines, you may also want to consider going directly into the company's website to search for job vacancies. I found mine this way.

Good luck to all! :)

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
bjlangrial, I am sure most immigrants to Canada do not fare better than you or your friend who already left.

One day there should be a big class action lawsuit against the Canadian government but I am not sure I will be around to help or get the compensation I deserve.

Hi... Most forwarding and integrator companies have their own clearance team so u can actually apply directly to them. U mentioned tariff codes and Hs codes so I assume that u work in clearance before? occasionally, I do come across companies like FedEx and TNT etc advertising in their website for Such positions. Firstly, u will need to register online in their website. Thereafter, upload your latest resume and cover letter. If u come across any job that interests u, just click and your application will be received by their HR.
