Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,
I am aware that it is not easy to get a job in line/level with the job you had in your home country. This could take some time however if one is willing to do any job that is available until he gets to prepare himself to get employed in his chosen field, how difficult it is to get any job or how long does it take. Any income is better than no income, planning to land in June. Anyone with experience please respond.

Depending on your field and expertise level, it can be very harsh, particularly if you are experienced. They don't hire you for entry position even if you are willing due to over-qualification. I resent that I would have to land, if possible, to a job which pays about 1/5 or 1/6 of what I was making. I do have a Canadian degree as well. As soon as you land, try to join immigrants programs to help find a job. They offer free workshops on various topics, resume writing, interview technique, job search technique, network opportunities and some funding for upgrading skills. Though this process is also depressing but worth taking it.

Congrats and good luck!
