I got a job that does not fit into a NOC classification, and I would like to know how I can use the experience for PR. Currently, my job description fits into NOC code 64101, but as maybe 30-40% of what I do. I have many more responsibilities. Then there is NOC code 60010 but I do not do some of the duties that are listed. I talked to HR, and they said it is 60010, but they were not sure. My official job title also says account manager, but it's different among each company. How does IRCC refer to these NOC codes. Do they consider it TEER 0 if my employer thinks so, or is it something they would decide?
