Job tittle change and province

I got ITA under CEC (Skilled trade) for Welder (1.5 years of experience) , I had uploaded all the documents in Dec, but In Jan I quit the job and found new job as a SolidWork programmer. So, changing the Job tittle will affect my PR application which is under process. And Also I have change the province ON to B.C
