Job title

Hi all,

I have a question and would appreciate your input. I have 2 year experience with oil field services company. I started the job with the title "Oilfield Specialist Trainee" then I was promoted 14 months later to hold the title "Oilfield Specialist I" . Does this mean I have only less than a year experience? or it will be considered as valid experience. I can't faind anything about that in NOC website. My job was very close to NOC 8222.

When they changed your title, did they changed duties as well? Search Jobs and responsibilities .. if they match with your duties then go ahead. Don't much worry about titles.
