Job Title - qorox and experts

My initial application may reject due to insufficient funds (just 1000$ less than it is suppose to be) and also my job duties may not fall under 38 list.

Can I re-submit my application before I get rejection from my previous letter with new job duties(0213) which also matches with this NOC.
Since new rules comes into place on May 1st and 0213 may (or maynot) disappear on the list. If I send my intial application by tomarrow only it can reach CIO office before 1st. I have all my papers ready.

Could you please advise ?

U cannot 'resubmit' an application, but can 'apply' a fresh one [apps+fees]. I guess that's what u meant -and that's fine.

I have 1.3 yrs expr in 0213 (listed in 38 occupational ) and rest 7 yrs in 2281, Can I claim for 21 points for experience ?

Yes you can 21 points. I just hope that 0213 experience matches the one listed on the HRSDC website and you have managerial experience.
