Job title is in lower NOC code while responsibilities are of a higher NOC code.

I worked as a Team Captain at a restaurant with NOC code: 6513 (C - category) but according to my experience letter all the responsibilities I had during my work match the responsibilities of a higher NOC code: 6311 (B - category) and title i.e. Food Service Supervisor.
Which NOC code should I use to apply for Express Entry because the NOC code in category C does not qualify for EE. Please explain how to go about this? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply, Dan.
Would it not be a problem or considered as false information if I choose NOC 6311 in my case here?
And, secondly when I register for the job bank at the Canadian government website as the following step, there again they have asked for the Job Title, but not the NOC code this time. So I am confused about what should be my response as, if I go by my experience letter my job title was Team Captain so , can I use Food Service Supervisor as I did earlier for the EE ? I would highly appreciate your help.

You can still submit a "Letter of Explaination" in your PR application but dan is right, the job title doesn't matter.
What matters is that the responsabilites of the NOC matches the responsabilites of your employment letter.
