Job Title during probation

Hi All,

Do we need to create separate job experience entry for the title we held during probation period? Like in my case for the first 3 months i was associate software engineer after 3 months my salary, position remained same just my title changed to software engineer.

The problem is if i create a separate entry for the associate software engineer, i did very little except learning new tools and got accustomed to the companies culture thats it. So what NOC will i give it then?

No, probation period should not be counted separately.
Besides, the title only removed the work "associate".

Plus, the job duties is the important factor here, not the title.
Only if your title ever changes, along with a wage increase, then you might want to cover that in a reference letter, but that's it.

Your company and position are the same, I assume the duties as well, as probation was more like a training period, so don't worry about that.
