Dear All, I have been doing the following duties of Financial Manager and Accountant but with different title. Please review and submit your comments if i am eligible to apply under the following NOC, specifically working as Manager Credits-Risk Management Division because CIO/CHC may get it mixed with NOC 0112 Credit Manager, Banking and Investment Managers.


MAIN TITLE: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT NOC 1111

From June 2000- November 2002

Officer/In charge Branch Accounting Department-OFFICIAL TITLE

1. Preparation of branch annual financial budget in accordance with bank’s guidelines, submit variance reports to higher authorities.

2. Develop/establish branch accounting systems and maintain mechanism of internal control to ensure that the accounting transactions are made in accordance with in-house/regulatory requirements.

3. Preparation of periodical financial statements of the branch and ensure its timely submission to Head Office/regulatory authorities.

4. Deduction/deposit of with holding tax under different sections/heads and ensure submission of periodical statements/returns to Tax authorities.

5. Supervise/train officers in bookkeeping/maintenance of legers and proper accounting treatment of branch financial transactions.

6. Keep close liaison with internal/external auditors, post audit monitoring and compliance of audit exceptions.

MAIN TITLE: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT NOC 1111

From November 2002 –August 2004

Officer/In charge Staff finances- OFFICIAL TITLE


1. Assist in preparation of annual budget of staff finances in accordance with bank’s guidelines; submit variance reports to higher authorities.

2. Formulation/review appropriate staff finance policy and maintain mechanism of internal control.

3. Develop/establish accounting systems of staff finances.

4. Guidance to concern officers in preparation financial reports, proper accounting entries pertaining to staff finances.

5. Preparation of periodical financial statements and ensure its timely submission to higher management/regulatory authorities.

6. Keep close liaison with internal/external auditors, post audit monitoring and compliance of audit exceptions.
MAIN TITLE: FINANCIAL MANAGER NOC 0111

From August 2004 to date
(Manager Credits-Risk Management Division)

1. Evaluate/analyze risk and approve short/long term financing in variant projects.

2. Prepare, plan and budget the divisional/organizational targets for financial investments and analysis of sectoral concentration.

3. Co-ordinate and supervise the reporting of financial exposures undertaken and preparation of financial management reports.

4. Regular monitoring, evaluation and correction of profit targets, reporting channels, methods and operation methodology.

5. Preparation of policy implementation vs. target achieved reports alongwith recommendations for policies updation and correction.

6. Active participation in internal control and early warning systems analysis, correction and compatibility level identification and implementation model.
