Job seeker validation code : urgent help required

I have created an express entry profile but not getting job seeker validation code. The status shows as submitted and EE application number got generated. Please anybody can help me to advise how to get job seeker validation code getting generated. The PDF is generated with blank date email and validation code.

I have received only one message till now and the message says to register with job bank but the job validation code is empty in the message
