I was just wondering if anybody successful arranging job from outside Canada and give us any suggestions in this regard.

Do you know any authentic employment/recruitment agency employing foreign skilled workers? Or any potential organizations employing foreign skilled workers?

It isn't just about a job offer now. The job has to be supported by an LMIA which essentially means that the Employer has to conclusively prove that no local Canadian citizen or PR was able or willing to do that job hence they needed to bring in a foreigner for the same. It is as difficult as it sounds.

There are various job portals that you could look at and some members have mentioned this organization (www.skillsinternational.com) that apparently works in the LMIA job space. Check them out for yourself.
