Job Searching on Tourist Visa - Waiting for PR Visa

Good Day everyone!

I\m currently in Canada on a tourist visa while and received my PPR a few weeks ago, my CoPR has been issued and is in the mail to my home address and will then be sent to me in Canada.

I entered Canada on a tourist visa and living with my partner and family doing tourist things and waiting for my CoPR.

In the meantime can I apply for Jobs and attend interviews (if invited?) I understand that I can't work on a tourist visa.
