I just created a profile EOI for express entry and got my NOC code. I have a question that can we apply for job in Canada before got ITA ? If yes, then how. Is there any process that i need to follow ?

You can apply for jobs but you don’t have work authorization so cannot work in Canada until you have PR. Even having an ITA doesn’t give you a work permit. To geta a work permit, you need a job offer. Then employer files for LMIA to prove no one in Canada (PR, Citizen) can do the job, only you. Once you have LMIA, you can apply for a closed work permit.
If you are sure that you will get an ITA, wait until you have PR.
