Job Roles Details on Emp. Ref. Letter - Suggestions Needed

I have submitted my App in June, 2012 with NOC 2171.

I see a few rejection cases in this forum as the ref. letter does not seem to list detailed roles/duties. In my case, my employer has given three bullets covering the main role/duties for NOC 2171. I have also attached one page with those listing very detailed role descriptions.
Is that sufficient in your opinion? Or should I try to get a more detailed one now from employer? Even if I get one, Can I submit that to CPP-O now? Will they consider it?

Just wondering how many of you did not submit very detailed letter, but yet got PPR.

Any help counts!

You can try, if you are able to get one, you have nothing to lose - just make sure it doesn't change anything that was previously provided.

Yes. They will consider the new one if you submit before the processing is completed. My friend did the same last year and he is a PR now.

Now the bigger part - Have to procure the updated letter. :'(. Will give it a try.
