Job Requirment for CEC

Hi I got my Post Graduation work Permit. I wanna apply for CEC.
I am working at manager position in small company. My job tittle comes under NOC code 0651. I am performing all duties that are given on the NOC site for this job tittle, but I have some confusion about the company status

* Does company have more than 5 employees
* Does company have good income like; 1 million annually

can anybody help me so I can continue my job with my company if that is ok for me to gain 1 year experience to eligible for CEC

Wage is $12/hour

There is no requirement regarding company size. HOWEVER... some applicants have been asked for proof that their small company actually exists ... and denied if unable to provide requested proof (perhaps needless to say, but tiny companies are easier to "fake" and use for fraudulent applications than large corporations).

As for your NOC, all those duties are important, but especially the last one -
"Hire, train and supervise staff." - If you don't have that, your claim to be a manager will not be credible...
