I've been working as an assistant professor for 2 years in same college.
I was on 9 month contract then they relieved me for 3 months after that again my contract was renewed for 9 months.
Can I apply through express entry?
my ielts score are
L 8 , R 8 , W 7 , S 7.5

If you do not have any other work experience then sadly no. The problem of your work experience is, that it is not continuous to create that first year needed.

actually for the gap months i've worked in a school but its different place and the salary was also paid by cash. When I combine that experience its of 1 year but from 2 different jobs. Is it fine?

Was your NOC the same? If your NOC during that gap was different, then it would not count.

Yes. Both were teaching jobs. The former was teaching under-grad students and the latter one was teaching secondary school students.

Check carefully the NOC you want to use for them and if there are not 2 very similar NOC distinguishing them (sometimes some jobs are very similar, but the used NOC might be different).

Talk to your College Department and get a reference letter for 2 years of continuous experience. If they can provide such letter, you are good.
