Job reference letter - match 3 out of 9 of Main duties

Hi there,

My Primary job duties only partially matches with one that CIC require.
I have 9 points mentioned by NOC duties and only 3 that I can really apply for me. Honestly saying I think it is almost impossible to cover all those "guarantee" 70% duties for any applicant of my NOC. (It is 2145), It has wide range of responsibilities and every point they mentioned in NOC is actually separate job with no vital relation to another point. It is completely different job.

1. Has anybody submitted their work proof with 33% coverage of NOC duties and got PR?
2. Is anybody in similar situation (below 50% coverage of NOC duties), what solution you see for that?

Thank you Pippin. It is useful and helpful link, but it made even more mess in my head ))). and again it is all depends on VO which is sad but gives a hope.

Any other thoughts? Does anybody get PR with low percentage of duties cover
