Job reference letter date

can you please tell me if we need to upload the same ref letter we did in sinp or the one with newer date. I got ITA now I have to upload docs for PR. Should I sign the same job ref letter in fresh date or upload the 3 month old ref letter.

i uploaded the same letter when I applied for OINP , got my PPR and until today, I have not been asked regarding my employment.
