I m sales manager in a insurance company. I will change my job very soon..

While creating the EE profile is it mandatory to apply the same profession or I can put any job code.

Bcoz I m changing my this insurance job frm next month. ..

Frm the nxt month I will join in a news paper company as a pr manager.

Please guide me on this it will be greatful if you know the procedure. .

My question can I put any job code in my EE profile?

You have to choose your NOC first. Ideally it should be the one in which you have maximum experience.

Then you need to get job under that particular NOC itself.

If I get a job in another NOC code n if it is LMIA APPROVED then I won't get 600 point. ... is it?

That doesn't seam a likely scenario.

To get LMIA you need to show your current experience which has to be more than 1 years.

You need to apply using the applicable closest NOC to what your job role was which falls under NOC 0 A or B - Don't worry about the Job Titles , just make sure at least half the duties match what you did and or currently do. Selecting the correct NOC is not that hard..
