job overlap what happens ??

friends ,,i have question

i have one job am not claiming points,,End date of job is example 3 august 2012

then i have another job beginning 1 august 2012. am claiming points for this job

reason for Date overlap is because i took 2 days leave for 1st job before,, as i must use all leave

do i enter end date for 1st job 1st august instead ?? or should I enter overlap dates and tell cic why? im scared cic think am misrepresenting

Hi,

Enter the dates as they are on your reference letter. Overlapping is not an issue at all. One can even have two jobs at the same time.

ok is it a problem if both are full time jobs ?? as am claiming points for second job ((full time ))

If both jobs are exactly one year each, then CIC might query it. If Job A was 1 year 1 month and job B 1 year 1 month, then those days won't affect your score if they are "ignored"

yes they are 2 years 1 month each
