Hi,

I am currently doing a job as a senior programmer. I am going to start a incorporate (ltd) firm with 2 of my friends. My wife is in Canada on study permit. If I apply for visitor visa to visit my wife after starting business 3 months, then will it consider as a country tie or current job would be consider as a more tie?

Thanks!

You've already been refused twice - correct? If so, then I'm not sure a newly formed business will be of any help in showing a tie to your home country. If anything, it will look like you've created the business for the sole purpose of trying to show ties to your home country.

yeah, that's right. Though, I will start business anyway honestly but I am not sure that I should leave job right now or not because I will apply for visitor visa later. So, I want experts opinion on that. If it's not then I will not leave my job right now. Please advice :(
