Job opportunity for Indian CA in Canada

Hi All,

My wife is a Chartered Accountant(India).She has job experience of 2 years in India , UK taxation and other audit areas.
She is looking for some job opportunities in Toronto, Canada.

I have few questions on same.
1) What she should do to get some good job opportunities in Toronto, Canada ?
2) What qualifications she needs to work in finance, audit and same domain.
3) How much time it takes for preparation of Uniform Evaluation ("UFE") ? and related details ?
if any body would have attempted..then their experience will be helpful..
4) She is willing to obtain Canadian CA degree..how many years she need to study and what exams she need to clear..any details on same will be helpful ?
5) How to start job hunt for people in this domain and what is the demand for international people ?

Any suggestions regarding above is welcomed.

I am also looking for answer to similar questions. My husband is CA and is working retail industry as Finance manager. Is there any possibility of getting job once he lands as obtaining the CPA would take time?
