Job opportunities after PGD in Clinical research

Hello,
Im from India. I cant get admission in Ms in Pharmacology in canadian universities bcoz of my low grades. Im planning to do PGD in Clinical research in Humbers college.
1.I wanted to know whether i can fetch a job after that?
2.After a having a work experince I can even think of applying Ms after that. I cant apply now coz of my grades but will i have any chance of getting admitted in Ms after that?

Please help. Tremendous confusion.
