Job opportunities after one year graduate certificate in project management

Hi everyone,

My profile is as :-
10th- 70% ICSE board(2005)
12th- 70% ISC board (2007)
B.tech - 65% in Electronics & Communications (2012)
M.SC in Mobile Communications- Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. (2014)
IELTS- 6

Work experience- 1 year in Quantum Designs (R&D) as trainee in Embedded Systems Programmer.

I am planning to do One year graduate certificate program in project management from canada in january 2017 intake. I have applied to Fanshawe college, Durham College & centennial College and I am waiting for their response. But I am really confused about what are the chances of getting job in canada after compeleting this course? What are the chances of getting PR in canada after this? Can someone please suggest any other better options which would help me in getting PR over there?

Low chances of PR. Take a 2 year course so that you get a 3 year PGWP.

Afetr doing this course if I am not able to find a job or visa extension in canada can I apply for Phd? Will there be any risk in getting visa if I apply for phd after this course?
