Can anyone please tell me is it fake or not?

I would be very thankful if anyone suggests me that.

No need to send. It's a scam. We've seen other people here receive the same letter with that address. Don't give them any money. There's no job.

No idea why you have hijacked a thread that is clearly discussing a scam job offer but anyway it is almost impossible to get any job offer from any Canadian company from outside Canada.

Suggest you look into the various immigration programs to see if you qualify to immigrate and as per this thread be wary of job offers that come with unrealistic expectations of work and guaranteed visas.
