I have 2 years job offer(LMIA exemption). Can I claim the 50 additional points before i complete one years of work experience in canada. or what are the rules.

No you have to complete 1 year work experience in Canada.

So with 2 years of WP, i can only claim the one year experience points. And i cannot claim the job offer points( because in order to claim 50 additional points the job offer should be valid for 12 months or more)
Is my understanding correct in the above?

After completing 1 year work in Canada: 1) You can claim points for 1 year Canadian work experience
2) You can claim extra 50 points for arranged employment if your employer is ready to provide a letter stating that you will be employed with them for 1 year after you get PR. (I assume you are getting a ICT work permit).
