My Express Entry score is 346, I have done Masters and working in Software field.

Can anyone please let me know how can i get the Job offer from Canada, that would help me in elevating my CRS score.?

It's really the same as getting any job offer from anywhere, but with the added difficulty that the company has to go through much additional paperwork and pay a fee for requesting an LMIA, as well as waiting months before you can take the job. The first step is to approach a company that may be interested in hiring you. Fair warning though, this is no easy task unless you are highly desirable within your field.
