It's really the same as getting any job offer from anywhere, but with the added difficulty that the company has to go through much additional paperwork and pay a fee for requesting an LMIA, as well as waiting months before you can take the job. The first step is to approach a company that may be interested in hiring you. Fair warning though, this is no easy task unless you are highly desirable within your field.
"I am new to this forum and I don't know where to post my question. I hope to find an answer to my query. Thank you in advance.
I don't have a job offer in Canada. I'm a Pharmacist here in the Philippines and I'm just wondering, if in case a foreign worker migrates in Canada, will the government of Canada require this person to study there for a certain number of years before landing a decent job? "
