Hi,

I am canadian PR holder working in US. I am moving to Canada for good.

I got a job offer from TCS(Tata consultancy Services). Should i ask for contracting position or full time offer in TCS in canada. I have bitter experience in USA working with TCS companies. They offer the position but then try to replace with the internal candidate from India as soon as they get the visa. Anyone experience working in TCS in Canada. Kindly advise

Any ideas on pay package to be expected for contracting or full time for QA Automation lead with approx 12 years experience in toronto area.
