Job offer while in the EE pool

I have already submitted my profile to the Express Entry pool and I have a job offer from a Canadian company. What should I expect from them? Or what are some of the questions I need to ask?

Have they made you a permanent job offer or temporary job offer? Have they obtained an approved LMIA? A simple job offer isn't worth anything in Express Entry points.

They don't have much information about the LMIA but are interested. What information do I need to provide them with?
