Job offer validity

Hello All,

I have a question about the job offer, my company located at Montreal and I work from there. However the company registered as Canada inc and they are willing to issue me a job offer letter for Express Entry purpose, is there anything I need other than the job offer letter or should my company file any specific paper work to Federal government to issue the job offer ?

Please advise.

For the purposes of Permanent Residency, a 'job offer' is an approved LMIA. Not simply a written job offer letter.

If you are working in Montreal, & intend to stay there, you should be applying through Immigration Quebec (PEQ program), not Express Entry.

Thanks guys for the reply, I will check what it takes my employer to get LMIA. @ Lammawitch I understand it is QSW category to work and immigrate in Quebec province, however that is not the plan.
