Job offer questions

I just went to finalize my PR application through express entry and I noticed they added some more questions to the Intended Work In Canada Section since the last time I checked my profile.

They ask if my current employer is shown on my current work permit. I said no because I am on a PGWP.
Then they ask if I have been working for over a year with the employer on my work permit, to which I answered yes, because I have been working with them over a year but they are not onmy work permit.

Can this bring up future issues?
Sorry if I sound paranoid but I do not want it to be rejected.

Second answer should be no or n/a if it's an option, as the employer isn't on your work permit.

Questions specifically meant for applicants claiming those additional 50/200 points. Edit the 2nd answer to N/A or No and proceed with application submission.
