Job Offer Query

Hi Everyone,

I am working in India for a Multinational company. They have an Office in Toronto, Canada.

I wanted to take some inputs from the community regarding the following queries:
- If the company (I am currently working in), wants to give Canadian Job offer... will that be considered for Express Entry?
- I haven't asked about this to them yet, but what are the chances of they providing me with Canadian Job offer?
- Do they required LMIA to provide me with Job offer?

One of two things needs to happen in order for this to count as a job offer under EE:

1) Your company needs to obtain an LMIA. A job offer isn't enough to get points under EE.
2) Your company needs to move you to Canada on an ICT work permit. Once you have worked for them for a full year in Canada, you can claim job offer points.
