Job offer - Quebec - Express entry

Hello,

I've started my postdoc job at a university in Quebec. I have a job offer for this position and a close work permit that is valid up to Aug-2022.

Can I use the points of my job offer and also my work experience in Quebec to apply for the Express Entry program and move other provinces?

I believe as a postdoc you are not considered a student, so you can use the work experience for Express Entry, but you wouldn't be able to get points for any kind of job offer in Quebec.
