I want help from VIP members

if i make my EE profile and my CRS score is less like 350. But bcoz of my work exp., is there any chance
that employers will look my EE profile and offer me a job.As i have good exp. in skill trade with good IELTS band ( 8 each) which will add 600 to my CRS score and then i may be able to get ITA.

is this possible or am i just day dreaming.

pls members i would like to know your views.

Most employers don't search jobbank or other "job advertising" sites. They prefer to post a job and then select best candidate from the candidates who applied for this job. Very few employers search for candidates (only when employer is looking for someone with very unique skills). I'm not sure what you mean by "influence ITA". The only way an employer can help you with immigration is to offer you a job backed by LMIA.
