Job offer or LMIA ? Which should I get?

I get confused as which I should ask from my employer- Job offer letter or LMIA ? LMIA only get 50 points but that is not enough, but if I get job offer which might qualify for PNP and I will get 600 points. I live in ontario, but the job is not tech stream. Please help!!

Job offer for EE stream requires LMIA. Job offer for Non-EE stream in Ontario PNP does not require LMIA, but does not give you 600 pts for EE. If you need that 600 pts then you need a LMIA approved job offer.

Are you currently working for this employer? Have they previously obtained an LMIA? Are they willing to apply for an LMIA?
