Job offer NOC vs. actual job NOC

Hi,
Need inputs on the following query

Presently, I am in Canada. I have a job offer under NOC 2171. Due to project demand, I worked in the Project Manager role (NOC 0213) for almost more than 1 year. If I get a reference letter from my employer describing current project manager roles and responsibility, would like to know the following
1. Can I select NOC 0213 in the EE profile under a valid job offer?
2. Will I be eligible for additional 200 points under a valid job offer in skill type 0 (Management job)?

Between, getting a new job offer from the same employer for a project manager role may be difficult.

1. What kind of work permit are you on right now? You should select whichever NOC is listed on the LMIA for your new job offer.
2. No. You will qualify for 50 points. 200 points are for NOC 00 jobs only.
