I speak just 9 second when disconnect my call..The consultant told me your file is rejected so I can't return your amount.

Sorry to say but you have been scammed. No body can make a decision in 9 seconds and secondly no consultant can get you a job while sitting in India. Getting a job in Canada is a long and tedious process.
