I am working in a position since July 2015 and a LMIA was issued in Aug 2016 and my salary was also revised.
I haven't signed any offer letter during this time, so my question is that for my EE application, should I have my employed sign a backdated offer letter? Also my salary was about half of what it is now when I started this position in July, should i mention that on the backdated one?
No one in my company has signed a contract or anything so we don't have any actual "offer letters"
