Job offer in PGWP

I have valid job offer in NOC A and I'm in PGWP. When I created an Express entry profile, I'm not receiving 50 points for job offer.
I don't have LMIA and I think I don't need one since I'm in PGWP. Kindly guide me and help out in getting the points for EE.

You will not get 50 additional points for job offer with you PGWP because you are already receiving points for Canadian education. The purpose of PGPW is to provide you Canadian work experience so that you can apply for CEC category after 1 year.

You need an LMIA since you are an open work permit with no employer named in the work permit. An approved LMIA is the only way you will get the 50 points.

That's correct. Again, to get the job offer points you need an approved LMIA.

On PGPW, you can only get 50 points for job offer if you continue to work for same employer after your one year experience and If he gives you a offer letter which has an expiry date at least after 1 year of your application.

Incorrect. A person on a PGWP needs an LMIA to claim the job offer points.
