How exactly people are getting job offers from USA?
Online Resumes? Do you just have to get the interview to the job offer?

Same way as you could try to get any job long distance. You can use an agency and pay them to try to find you a job, you can look for ads online and call people, send your CV etc. If you line up some interviews, you could even go and interview or you could try to do a phone or webcam interview if the employer is open to that.

The answer is no.

Read the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-employment.asp

Are you currently working in Canada? If not, you would need to have a full-time job offer approved by HRSDC in order to claim points.

Is an interview a job offer? No. You need to get a real offer for a job and your employer needs to apply for AEO, arranged employment opinion to verify that the job is real and approved by Service Canada. Then you can use the AEO to get points.

As I said before, you need to apply for a job from a real employer and get it. Then the employer will apply for the AEO from Service Canada and send it to you so you can send it to CIC and get your extra points.

I have heard that it is possible to buy AEO's illegally on the black market but it will cost you 5-10,000 if you can find one and no, I don't know where you buy it.

Interview offer? You need the employer to want to give you a job. You need him to want to give you a job so bad that he will go to Service Canada, apply for a paper called Arranged Employment Opinion for you and send you the paper so you can use it to apply for your immigration.

Yes, you can upload resumes to all those sites but then don't sit and wait for them to call you. You have to also look at job ads and send resumes. Even that is not enough. Try to contact the companies directly by email or phone before you send them a resume. That way you have made personal contact and hopefully convinced someone to actually look at your resume when you send it. It is not easy to get a job when you are in another country. It depends on your skills, how lucky you are to find the right match etc.

Hello Leon,
Thanks for quick reply.
Now question are
1. Do we have some websites or link where I can see Job ads? In those websites, there are some consultants companies are giving job opening post (for some Canada base companies). Suppose I am applying for one job (ex XYZ post), it is going to consultant website and then ask to register there and then apply.... In this way, if Workopolis has 1000 consultants mean I have to register in all consultant companies my resume.
2. If I am out of Canada and give me Contact number (International for Canada) for any further Contact or communications, then how frequent these companies give a call?

Here are job websites:

http://www.canadavisa.com/career_zone/canadian-immigration-job-search.htm
http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/
http://www.eluta.ca/
http://www.monster.ca/
http://www.workopolis.com/

Some of the ads will have contact information directly to an employment agency or companies. If you want to get a job, you need to try hard to get a personal contact. Imagine this, you are an employer. You get 100 resume's in email but one of the applicants phones you from whatever country and talks to you about the job before he sends his resume. Which resume do you look at more? Of course the guy who called. So one phonecall is worth probably 10 or 100 resumes in email. Even if it will cause you a big phone bill, still try to contact as many companies as you possibly can personally.
