Job Offer from Job Bank Profile ...

Has anyone in this forum who resides out of Canada received a job offer from a Canadian Employer after they created their profile and Activated their profile in the Job Bank?

If yes, please share your experience.

Its not easy at all to get job in Toronto(good one), and it next to impossible If you are outside of Canada. Canada has 3 step process of hiring anyone. For a highly skilled job they will get min 500 applications and You jave to go through pre screening, then Phone interview, and then Personel interview. Which is impossible if You are outside of Canada. In canada they are not in a desperate need of employees as people think who reside outside of Canada...!!!!

shdhsjej, I don't understand your reference to Toronto, OP didn't even mention Toronto in their post?

I am not aware of many, if anyone who has received an offer from the job bank yet, but I stand corrected if someone know's someone who has. Doesn't seem like they are using this feature.

I get job match of restaurant but I am mechanical engineer so I think it is still not working properly.

I thought it was a helpful explanation, but it also suggests the situation may be different in locations other than Toronto, that's all.
