Job offer from Canada

Good Day everyone,
I have a question and i hope that you can help me.
I am a dentist and I have a friend in Canada who has a dental center and he wants to send me a job offer to work as a dental hygienist.
What are the steps that he will make to send me this job offer, where does he apply and what are the requirements.

Your friend needs to advertise the position and prove that they did not get any PRs or Canadians to do the job and get a positive LMIA. This will give you 50 points but would take 3-6 months to process.

A possible problem will be that we have enough dental hygienists here in Canada and it will be almost impossible to proof otherwise.

Why don't you get your degree evaluated, appear in IELTs and see what your score is in express entry....may be you have sufficient CRS and you don't ever need A job offer.....also check provincial nomination progs of different provinces.....CRS are considerably low this year compared to last year therefore good chance for someone with 440+ scores.
